The Carterville Lions entered the Eldorado Holiday Tournament as the #2 seed with the Herrin Tigers the #1. That is exactly how it finished as Herrin beat Carterville 61-50 to win the EHT for the forth year in a row.
So the 2025 Football seaaon comes to a close for the Carterville Lions as they fall 45-14 at Sacred Heart Griffen in round two of the 4A playoffs. What a season for the Lions! @Sirrconference - Ohio D
